Abstract

TIKA PANGESTUTI ANENGTYAS. Value Relevance of Intellectual Capital Disclosure, Independent Board Composition, and Managerial Ownership. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2019. This study aimed to determine the effect of intellectual capital disclosure, independent board composition, and managerial ownership on the stock price. The object of this study is banking company which listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The period of the observation in this study was 2015-2017. This study use secondary data in the form of financial report and annual report of banking company. The technique used in sampling was purposive sampling and obtained 23 banks with 69 banks total observation. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression using Eviews 9. The test result indicate that partially intellectual capital disclosure positively effect stock price. Partially independent board composition have no effect on stock price.
