Abstract

HELMIA. 8323163360. Analysis of the Application of Inventory Accounting Information Systems to Support Inventory Internal Control at Starbucks Coffee. DIII Accounting Study Program. Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. This scientific work is motivated by the case of the application of inventory accounting information systems to support internal control in carrying out the company's operational activities, especially in inventory. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative based on the results of observations and interviews at Starbucks Coffee. The results of the study concluded that based on the practice that occurred at Starbucks Coffee by looking at existing theories for inventory accounting information systems in the related functions and documents used were not in accordance with the existing theory. While the internal control system of inventory for organizational structure and human resources is not in accordance with the existing theory. So that the application of inventory accounting information systems at Starbucks Coffee can be said not support to inventory internal control.
