Abstract

Khoirunnisa Amelia Rizqi, 2019, 8323164841, Analysis Of Good Governance Mechanism (Transparency And Financial Accountability) Case Study on Direktorat Jenderal Mineral dan Batubara Period 2015-2017. D3 Accounting Study Program. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This study was conducted on Direktorat Jenderal Mineral dan Batubara, which aims to determine the implementation of good governance mechanism in the Direktorat Jenderal Mineral dan Batubara, especially aspects of transparency and financial accountability. The research method is with quantitative descriptive research and the data used is primary data in which the data is collected through interviews and data analysis of interview results, and in this study data analysis techniques with case study analysis. The results of this study indicate that the application of good governance principles in the Direktorat Jenderal Mineral dan Batubara is very good, seen from the many programs run by Ditjen Minerba to realize good governance. Then the transparency of the financial statements of the Direktorat Jenderal Mineral dan Batubara year 2015 – 2017 has been good and almost in accordance with the mechanism of good governance. And the implementation of financial accountability aspect of Direktorat Jenderal Mineral dan Batubara year 2015 – 2017 is also very good and in accordance with the mechanism of good governance. The advice that should be given for Direktorat Jenderal Mineral dan Batubara further increases the application of good governance principles to be better.
