Saudah. 2019. 8323165052. Analysis of Organizing Endowment Funds on Public University (Case Study in One of Public University). Study Program of D3 Accounting. Faculty of Economics. State University Jakarta. The research is conducted in one of the Public University of Legal Entity (PTN-BH), Universitas Indonesia (UI), with the intention of knowing how UI manages its endowment fund starting from the collecting process to the investing process. The research method used in this research is a descriptive analysis method or aims to provide a description of the mechanism of collecting and investing endowment funds, with the type of data used is primary data obtained through Interview, as well as this research using technical analysis of case studies. The results obtained in this research is the UI has two (2) mechanisms of collecting endowment funds that are in the form of donations and investments. The process of collecting endowment funds is already in accordance with the theory, however in practice it is still institutionally managed under UI instead of foundations or units that are hierarchically separated. Meanwhile, the process of investing in the endowment funds in UI is done in collaboration with BNI Asset Management by issuing mutual fund products. The process of investing is already in accordance with the theory of capital marketing, so does the mutual fund itself has showed quite good performance. The advice given to the UI is to further introduce endowment funds and investment program and form a special fund Management Unit or Foundation to manage its endowment funds.
