Abstract

IBNU MAULANA SUROSO. The Effect Of Education and GDPR Per Capita On Happiness Index in Indonesia 2014 & 2017. Economic Education, Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta, 2019. This study aims to examine the effect of education and GDP per capita on the Happiness Index in Indonesia in 2014 and 2017. The form of this study uses quantitative descriptive. The data source used is secondary data which is data obtained from the National BPS. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression in 33 provinces. Statistical data analysis shows: (1) Education has a positive and significant influence on the Happiness Index in Indonesia; (2) GRDP per capita has no significant effect on Happiness Index in Indonesia in 2014 and 2017. The results show an influence on Happiness Index in 2014 is greater than in 2017 (29.1%> 22.5%). Keyword: Education, GDP per capita, and happiness index
