Abstract

ERIKA AMELIA. 8105151939. The Influence Of Attitude And Motivation to Interest Entrepreneurship Class X1 Student at SMK Pusaka 1 Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Economic Education Study Program, economics faculty, State University of Jakarta, 2019. This research aims to determine the effect of attitude and motivation to interest entrepreneurship class XI student at SMK Pusaka 1 Jakarta. The research was conducted a 4-month dive from March 2019 to June 2019. The research method used is a survey method with a regression approach. The population in this study was 620 all students at SMK Pusaka 1 Jakarta and for the affordable population is the class XI of SMK Pusaka 1 Jakarta which amounted to 201 employees. The sampling techniques in this study were proportional random sampling or randomized proportional techniques, hence the samples in this study as much as 127 respondents. Based on the analysis of the analyzable requirements, data has been distributed to the normal and linear relationship. Based on the classical assumption test, in the multicollinearity test, there is tolerance from attitude and motivation of 0.958 > 0.1 and VIF value of 1,044 < 10. While the test results are heteroscedasticity attitude through Spearman's rho, the significance value is 0.952 > 0.05 and the value of the motivation significance 0.433 > 0.05. Furthermore the acquired regression equation is Ý = 10,450 – 0,212X1-0,564X2. Based on the hypothesis test, the test results of F (Fcount > Ftabel) are 43,054 > 3.07. Furthermore, based on the test T then (Tcount > Ttabel or Tcount < Ttabel), i.e. attitude of 2,894 > 1,979 and motivation of 8,036 > 1,979. The simultaneous test of the coefficient of determination, attitude and motivation simultaneously affects the interest entrepreneurship of 41% and 59% are influenced by other factors not researched. The conclusion of this research is there is a significant influence between the attitude and the motivation to interest entrepreneurship students class of XI at SMK Pusaka 1 Jakarta.
