Abstract

This study was conducted on banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2005-2014. This study aims to determine the effect of CAR, NPL, NIM, LDR, ROA, ROA, SBI, inflation and the exchange rate on the price of banking stocks. Sample of this study were 11 financial companies. . The results of this study indicating that 1) CAR is not significant and positive impact on stock prices indicating the probability value of 0.8250 > significance level 5% (0.05). 2) NPL is not significant and positive impact on stock prices indicating the probability value of 0.0712 > significance level 5% (0.05). 3) NIM is significant and positive impact on stock prices indicating the probability value of 0.0000 < significance level 5% (0.05). 4) LDR is not significant and negative effect on stock prices indicating the probability value of 0.1068 > significance level 5% (0.05). 5) BOPO is not significant and negative effect on stock prices indicating the probability value of 0.6113 > significance level 5% (0.05). 6) ROA is significant and positive impact on stock prices indicating the probability value of 0.0000 < significance level 5% (0.05). 7) Interest Rate is significant and negative effect on stock prices indicating the probability value of 0.0279 < significance level 5% (0.05). 8) Inflation is not significant and negative effect on stock prices indicating the probability value of 0.3913 > significance level 5% (0.05). 9) Exchange rate is significant and positive impact on stock prices indicating the probability value of 0.0000 < significance level 5% (0.05).
