Abstract

ABSTRACT Rizky Juniansyah 8215154297, Report on field work practices in the Human Resources (HR) section of PT Kerja Inti Inti Prosperous. S1 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, 2018.The implementation of this field work is to gain experience and knowledge about the world of work related to practical contributions so that the practitioner is ready to face the world of work later. Fieldwork practices are carried out to fulfill one of the S1 coursesManagement of the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. This report contains the activities of the practitioner during conducting field work practices in the Human Resources (HR) section of PT Kerja Inti Inti Prosperous. Work delegated to the practitioner who performs the recruitment process through jobfair, recapitulates employee absenteeism, prepares employee work needs (ATK, medicines, and kitchen needs). After completing the fieldwork activities, the practitioner has gained knowledge and experience about the real world of work that had not been obtained in lectures.
