Abstract
THE INFLUENCE OF BANK HEALTH RATIO ON FUND DISTRIBUTION OF RURAL KREDIT BANK IN INDONESIA 2019 Helmi Wijaya ABSTRACT This study aims to: 1) To empirically test the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on the distribution of Rural Bank (BPR) funds, 2) To empirically examine the effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL) on the distribution of Rural Bank (BPR) funds , 3) To empirically test the effect of Operational Costs / Operating Income (BOPO) on the distribution of Rural Bank (BPR) funds, 4) To empirically test the influence of Third Party Funds (DPK) on the distribution of Rural Bank (BPR) funds. The population in this study is the Rural Credit Bank (BPR) registered in Bank of Indonesia in 5 selected provinces namely Jakarta Migrant Workers, West Java, Central Java, East Java, and Riau. The data used in this study is cross section data. Data collection in this study was carried out using the documentation method. The data obtained is processed into quantitative data both for Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) data, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Operational Expenses against Operational Revenue (BOPO), and Third Party Funds (DPK). The results of this study indicate that: 1) Variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) does not significantly influence LDR. 2) Non Performing Loans (NPL) Variable has significant negative influence on LDR. 3) The BOPO variable has no significant influence on the LDR. 4) Deposits variable does not significantly influence on LDR.
