Abstract

RONY SAFRI TRIJUNIYANTO. The Impact of Profitability, Firm Size, Dividend Policy and Capital Structure on Firm Value of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over the period 2015-2017. Faculty of Economic Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2019. This research is conducted to examine the impact of profitability, firm size, dividend policy and capital structure on firm Value of manufacturing companies that listed at the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. Firm value is measured with Price to Book Value (PBV) and Tobin’s Q. Data collected by using purposive sampling methode. The amount of sample that used was 140 companies. This reasearch is use multiple linear regression to analize data. The result is profitability and firm size have a positive and significant effect on PBV, and capital structure have a negative and significant effect on PBV. While dividend policy have not a significant effect on PBV. Furthermore, profitability, firm size and capital structure have a positive and signficant effect on Tobin’s Q. While dividend policy have not a significant effect on Tobin’s Q. Keywords: Firm Value, Profitability, Firm Size, Dividend Policy, Capital Structure.
