Abstract

Aina Zatil Aqmar, 2020; Factors Affecting Purchase Intention and Willingness to Pay Premium for Green Cosmetics and Personal Care. Thesis, Jakarta: Marketing Management Concentration, Study Program S1 Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. Counselor Team: Setyo Ferry Wibowo, S.E., M.Si. & Ika Febrilia, SE, M.M. The purpose of this research are to determine whether environmental concern affects to consumer purchase, environmental concern affects willingness to pay premium, health consciousness affects consumer purchase intention, health consciousness affects willingness to pay premium, consumer innovativeness affects consumer purchase intention, consumer innovativeness affects willingness to pay premium, and consumer purchase intention affects willingness to pay premium green cosmetics and personal care. Methods of data collection using survey method with the instrument in the form of questionnaire. The sample of this study are 200 respondents with criteria aged 17 years old and over, domiciled in the DKI Jakarta area, routinely using cosmetics/ personal care, and considering to buying green cosmetics/personal care. Technical analysis of data using SPSS version 24 and AMOS version 24 to process and analyze data research results. The results of this study are, environmental concern, health consciousness, and consumer innovation variables positively affects to consumer purchase intention. Consumer innovativeness positively affects to willingness to pay premium, while environmental concern and health consciousness variables didn’t affects to willingness to pay premium.
