Abstract

Risti Ajeng Setya Anggiri, 2020; THE EFFECT OF AUDIT COMMITTEE, BOARD OF DIRECTORS, AND INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONERS IN COMPANY PROFITABILITY (Empirical Study of Non-Finanial Companies Listed in LQ45 Index 2015-2018). Thesis, Jakarta:Bahelor Degree of Management, State University of Jakarta The purpose of this research is to test relationship of the audit committee, board of directors, and independent board of commissioners to profitability which is proxied by return on equity (ROE). The data used in this research are annual data (annual report) of the company's financial statements contained in the LQ45 Index 2015-2018. The sampling method in this study used a purposive sampling technique with 26 company samples, with 204 observations. The model used in this study was panel data analysis with the Random Effects Model approach. The results of the audit committee research, the board of directors, the independent board of commissioners did not affect the company's profitability.
