Abstract

ELSA MELATI SUKMA. 2019. 8323155416. Analysis of Regional Financial Capacity in supporting the Implementation of Regional Autonomy (case study in the province of DKI Jakarta in 2014 - 2017). DIII Accounting study program. Accounting major. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. This scientific work aims to determine the regional financial capacity of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in supporting the implementation of regional autonomy for the 2014-2017 fiscal year. The research conducted was descriptive study using quantitative and qualitative data. The data collection technique used is documentation. The method used in this study is analysis using several financial ratios, namely: Regional Financial Independence Ratio, Regional Financial Capability Ratio, Degree of Desantralization, PAD Effectiveness Ratio and PAD Efficiency Ratio. The results of the analysis generally show the ability of the provincial government of DKI Jakarta to manage local revenue (PAD) so that the government has a very good level of independence and is quite effective in realizing its expenditure. So it can be concluded that the DKI Jakarta Province has been able to carry out regional autonomy well. Keywords: regional financial capability, regional autonomy, financial ratios
