Muhammad Denaldy, 2020; The Effect Of Independent Commissioner And Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure On Firm Performance (Study On Companies Listed In Lq45 Period 2013-2017). Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Finance, Study Program of Management, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. This study aims to determine the positive influence of independent commissioners on company performance in the 2013-2017 LQ45 period and determine the positive effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure on company performance in the 2013-2017 LQ45 period. The independent variables used in this study are corporate social responsibility and independent commissioners. The dependent variable used is the company's performance with a proxy consisting of Return On Assets (ROA) and Tobins' Q. This study also uses two control variables namely, firm size and company age. The sampling method used in this study uses secondary data techniques, with 100 research samples. The model used in this study is panel data with the Fixed Effect Model approach. The results showed that corporate social responsibility had no effect on (ROA and Tobins'Q). Independent commissioners have no influence on (ROA) and (Tobins'Q). The size of the company has no effect on (ROA) and (Tobins'Q), while the age of the company has no effect on (Tobins'Q), and does not affect (ROA).
