Abstract

Halimah Tussya’diah, 2020: The Influence of Trust, Security, Service Quality & Risk Perception Toward Purchasing Decision in JD.ID Online Store. Thesis, Jakarta: Study Program of S1 Management, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. Advisory Team: Dr. Mohamad Rizan SE, MM & Ika Febrilia, SE., M.M. The purpose of this research are: 1) To determine Trust has a significant effect on Purchasing Decision, 2) To determine Security has a significant effect on Purchasing Decision, 3) To determine Service Quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decision, 4) To determine Risk Perception has a significant effect on Purchasing Decision in JD.ID online store. Methods of collecting data using survey methods with instruments in the form of questionnaires. The object of this study were 200 respondents who have purchasing decision in online store JD.ID. The number of samples in this study were 200 respondents. Data analysis in this study used SPSS software version 24 and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis using Amos version 22. The results showed that all hypotheses in this study were accepted with a t-value ≥ 1.967. Keywords: Trust, Security, Service Quality, Risk Perception, Purchasing Decisions, Jing Doong Mall (JD.ID).
