Abstract
YULIANA SAFITRI. The Relationship Between Empowerment With Job Satisfaction On Employees PT Arkon Prima Indonesia In East Jakarta. Scription, Jakarta : Study Program Of Commerce Education. Departement of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2015 This study aims to obtain data / facts right (shahih, true, valid) and trust worthy (reliable) about how far the relationship between empowerment with job satisfaction on employees PT Arkon Prima Indonesia in East Jakarta.The study was conducted over three months from April to June 2015. The method used is survey method approach to correlation. The study population was permanent employees PT Arkon Prima Indonesia. This study population is affordable permanent employees Personnel, General Affairs, General Office, Safety, or HSE, Purchasing, Accounting, EDO or IT, Marketing, and Management Training Foundry totaling 44 employees, with a sample of 40 employees to collect data variable X (Empowerment ) and Y (job satisfaction), shaped instrument used questionnaire distributed to employees of PT Akon Prima Indonesia.According the statistical computation the study reveals the regression equation was Ŷ = 40,34 + 0,600 X. Test requirements analysis that estimates the error normality test regression on X by using Liliefors test and obtained Lcount = 0,105 compared with Ltabel at 0,05 significant level of 0,140. So Lo < Lt, mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. While regression linierity test, Fcount (0,51) < Ftabel (2,21), showing that regressing is linier. For regression significance test and the result is, Fcount (20,19) > Ftable (4.10), showing that regression. The result of product moment of correlation coefficient significance test, is rxy 0,589. Continued by using correlation coefficient significance test with tet-t. Counting result is tcount =(4,49), while ttable on dk = n – 2 = 40 – 2 = 38 and significance level 0.05 is 1.70 and so tcount> ttable.From counting, node that it has significance relation between of determination coefficiency tes is rxy2 = 0.4992 = 0.2490. Mean that 24.90% variation performance is determined by the work experience of employees of the company. Conclusions of this study is that ther is a positive relationship between empowerment with job satisfaction on employees PT Arkon Prima Indonesia in East Jakart.
