Abstract

Missy Yunita Marlina, 2020: The Influence of Corporate Social Resposibility Disclosures, Leverage, Firm Size against Investment Efficiency On Consumer Goods Industry Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange at 2015-2017 This research aims to examine the effect of earnings quality, and corporate governance on investment efficiency. This research uses secondary data with infrastructure, utilities, and transportation listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2018 as the population. By using the purposive sampling method, as a results there are 78 total observations within 3 years of the study. This research is done by using multiple regression analysis to test the four hypotheses with a significance level of 5% through Eviews Version 10. Based on the results of data panel regression analysis, it can be concluded that earnings quality have a significant positive effect on investment efficiency, board size and board meeting have no effect on investment efficiency, meanwhile female on board have a significant negative effect on investment efficiency.
