Abstract
ALMIRA ASNEL. 2020. 1703517006. Analysis Of Communication Ethics In Carryig Out Secretarial Duties. D-III Office Administration Study Program. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This scientific work is a forum for introducing good communication ethics in carrying out the secretary's duties as something useful and being a secretary solution to the Ministry of Industry. The method used in this scientific work is to use descriptive analysis with various data collection methods through literature review reviews, observations and practices. From the results obtained that the use of communication ethics in the implementation of the secretary's role plays an important role for the company's image. Communication ethics in carrying out secretarial tasks is also able to increase the fabric of good cooperation between companies, more optimal coordination, and the delivery and receipt of information more effectively and efficiently.
