Abstract
SEPTANIA THALIA RIZAM. 2020. 1703517033. Analysis Of Work Loads In Operational and Service Division Of PT Bri Agroniaga. DIII Office Administration Study Program. Office Administration Departement. Faculty Of Economics. State University Of Jakarta. This Scientific Work aims to find out about employee workloads in the Operational and Service Division Of PT Bri Agrniaga. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with methods of collecting data through observation, and survey. From this result it can be learned that each company is important to explain, share, job description or job descriptions to all employees in the company. With the job description, the work done by employees is clearly divided so as not to create workload for employees. Key Words : Work Loads, Job Description
