Abstract
LIA ASPRILA AMBARWATI. The Influence of Profitability and Solvability Against the Company’s Value with Dividend Policy As Intervening Variable. Thesis, Jakarta : Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, 2020. This research aims at determining the influence of profitability and solvability against the company value and finding out the dividend policy can be used as intervening variable on relation of profitability and solvability against the company’s value. The population of this research is the companies that included in financial sector during 2016-2018. The samples of this research were taken by purposive sampling technique which amounted 93 samples. Data analysis method used descriptive analysis with smartPLS version 3. Based on the result of this research showed that the profitability has a positive effect on the company’s value. Solvability has no effect on company’s value. Then Profitability and Solvability has no effect to dividen policy. On the contray dividend policy has negative effect on the company’s value. While, the dividend policy can’t mediate the relationship between profitability and company’s firm and solvability with company’s value.
