Abstract
Rizkiana, 2020: The influence of environmental performance, foreign ownership, boards of commissioners, and fee audit on financial performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of environmental performance on financial performance, analyze the influence of foreign ownership on financial performance, analyze the influence of boards of commissioners on financial performance, and analyze the influence of fee audit on financial performance. The subject of this research is a company in the processing, manufacturing, and mining industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period of two years 2017-2018. This research uses secondary data from financial and annual reports. The technique used in sampling was purposive sampling and obtained total observations of 124 companies. The method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques using SMART PLS version 3.3.2. The dependent variable in this research is financial performance, which is proxied by earning per share. While the independent variables in this research use environmental performance as proxied by PROPER, foreign ownership is proxied by the number of shares of foreign parties with the number of shares outstanding, the board of commissioners is proxied by the proportion of independent board commissioners, and audit fees which are proxied by natural logarithm of financial audit costs incurred by the company. The results of this research indicate that foreign ownership and audit fees have a significant positive effect on financial performance. While environmental performance, the board of commissioners has no effect on financial performance.
