Edo Suryawan Siregar, S.E., M.B.A. This study aims to determine the effect of Portion Credit, Efficiency Levels and Problem Credit on Profitability (ROA) at Rural Banks in Indonesia for the 2015- 2018 period. In this study, using the independent variable portion of credit with a proxy for the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), the level of efficiency with the proxy for operating costs (BOPO) and Problem Credit with the proxy for nonperforming loans (NPL). The dependent variable used is profitability using the proxy Return on Assets (ROA). The data used in this study used a quota sampling technique. The analysis used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that the portion of credit had a significant positive effect on profitability, the level of efficiency had a significant negative effect on profitability and non-performing loans had no effect on profitability.
