Abstract

MUHAMAD ZIKRI SANDY, 8105161100, The Influence of Learning Discipline and Family Environment to Learning Outcomes of Grade X Students of PB Soedirman 2 Jakarta Islamic Vocational School on Business Economic Subject. Skrispi, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, 2020. This study aims to determine the influence of learning discipline and family environment to learning outcomes of grade X students of PB Soedirman 2 Jakarta Islamic Vocational School on business economic subject. This research was conducted for 2 months, from February 2020 to March 2020. The population of this study was 98 students. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling using saturated samples. The instrument used to obtain data on learning discipline and family environment variables are questionnaires. The testing technique used is multiple linear regression with the results of Y = 82.569 + 0.22X1 + 0.21X2 and hypothesis testing consisting of t and f tests. The results of this study are: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between learning disciplines on learning outcomes seen with values tcount> ttable (2.473> 1,98525). (2) There is a significant positive influence between the family environment on learning outcomes seen by tcount> ttable (2,710> 1,98525). (3) There is a positive and significant influence between learning discipline and family environment on learning outcomes as indicated by the value of Fcount> Ftable (3.108> 3.09), the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.151 which means that the closeness between variables is quite strong and the coefficient of determination is 0.023 which it means 2.3% of the two independent variables affect learning outcomes simultaneously and the rest are influenced by other factors. This study uses learning discipline and family environment variables towards the learning outcomes of grade X students of PB. Sudirman 2 Jakarta Islamic Vocational School on business economic subject. It is hoped that this research can give informations and become a reference and consideration for schools in order to improve students’ learning outcomes, especially in business economic subject.
