Abstract
RICO TRI RAHMADI, 8105160343, The Effect of Learning Discipline and Peer Environment on the Learning Outcomes of Economic Subjects in Class X Students of SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, 2020. This study aims to determine the effect of learning discipline and peer environment on learning outcomes of business economics subjects in class X SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. This research was conducted for 3 months from November 2019 to February 2020. The population of this study was 252 students. The sampling technique used Proportional Random Sampling to obtain a sample of 147 students. The instrument used to obtain data on learning discipline and peer environment variables used a questionnaire and was measured using a Likert scale. The testing technique used is multiple linear regression with the results Y = 53,790 + 0,134X1 + 0,097X2 and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and f test. The results of this study are: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between learning disciplines on learning outcomes as indicated by tcount> ttable, which is 5,097> 1,97658. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between the peer environment on learning outcomes as indicated by the value of tcount> ttable which is 3,232> 1,97658. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between learning discipline and peer environment on learning outcomes as indicated by the value of Fcount> Ftable which is 33,833> 3,06, the correlation coefficient (R) of 0,565 which means that the closeness between variables is quite strong and the coefficient of determination is 0,320 which means 32% of the two independent variables influence learning outcomes simultaneously and the rest are influenced by other factors. Research with variables of study discipline and peer environment on learning outcomes is the latest research conducted at SMKN 13 Jakarta, it is hoped that this research can be used as information and reference material as a reference and consideration for schools in terms of improving learning outcomes, especially in business economics subjects.
