Abstract

ABSTRACT Nazmi Farisi, 8105118010. Influence Learning Creativity Learning and Discipline Against Learning Outcomes Students of SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Economic Education Studies Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2016. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between learning creativity and discipline of learning to the learning outcomes padasiswa SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. This research was conducted for 4 months starting in January 2016 until April 2016. The research method used is survey method with the approach of causality. The population in this study are all students of SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. The population of inaccessibility is the class X of Office Administration which was 71 students. The sampling technique used was proportional random technique, so that the sample in this study amounted to 58 respondents. The data collection technique using the technique of recording documents, interviews and questionnaires. To capture learning outcomes data (Y), creativity in learning (X1) and the discipline of study (X2) obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents and retrieve data even semester respondents learning outcomes. The data analysis technique used is the test requirements analysis consists of test for normality and linearity test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing consisting of F test and t test. Based on the results of data analysis can be seen that there is a partial effect between creativity learning with learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of data analysis that demonstrates the value 5.323> Ttable 1.671. Learning discipline partial effect on learning outcomes, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed tcount studied 2,172> 1,671 T Table . Creativity in learning and discipline of study simultaneously affect the study results, it is seen from the results of data analysis indicates the value Fhitung 21,259 > Ftabe l 2,38. The regression equation obtained was Y = 57,586 + 0,720X1 0,467X 2 . Based on the obtained coefficient determination R2 value of 0.436, which means creativity in learning (X1) and the discipline of study (X2) effect on learning outcomes (Y) amounted to 43.6%.
