Abstract

ABSTRACT Ryan Raihan Railis. The Effect Leader-member exchange with Job Satisfaction at PT. Nokia Solutions and Networks Indonesia, Jakarta. Script, Jakarta : Study Program of Office Administration Education. Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2016 The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the effect leader-member exchange on job satisfaction at PT. Nokia Solutions and Networks Indonesia, Jakarta. This research have been done for 3 month since April until June 2016. Research method using survey method with correlation approach, while the data was got from instrument to employee at Nokia Solutions and Networks Indonesia. The populations research was all of employees with total 405 employees. Population affordable in this research is a division of a stream radio network integration who that have employees as many as 100 people .Sample used as many as 78 persons by using technique random simple Collecting X variable data (leader-member exchange), and Y variable data (job satisfaction) using instrument likert scale. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y= 90,410 + 0,410X. After that data normality test by using liliefors formula and the result is L count = 0,081 in significant level 0,05 and L table = 0,100, so L count < L table . Mean that the mistake of prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and the result is, Fcount (47,37) > Ftable (3,98). Showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test, F count (1,08) < F table (1,73), showing that regression is linear. The result of Product moment of correlations coefficient test, is r xy = 0,620 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is, tcount = 6,88 while ttable = 1,67 and so, t count > t table . It means that there are significance and positive relations between leader-member exchange with job satisfaction. Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test is 38,40%, mean that job satisfaction variable determinate by 38,40% leader-member exchange variable. The conclusion shown that research have positive relations between leader-member exchange with job satisfaction at PT. Nokia Solutions and Networks Indonesia, Jakarta.
