Abstract

ABSTRACT EKY DIAN PRATIWI. The Influence of Job Satisfaction amd Motivation toward the Productivity on Employee PT Makalot Industrial Indonesia at North Jakarta. Study Program of Economic Education, Concentration of Office Administration Education, Department of Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economic, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, December 2011. This research conducted to determine influence between Job Satisfaction amd Motivation to Productivity of Employees at PT Makalot Industrial Indonesia. This research used survey methods with the causality approach and secondary data (Job Productivity) and primary data (job satisfaction and work motivation). The sampling technique that used in this research is proportional random sampling technique with 58 respondents as sample. Data account which used is SPSS 17.0. From the results of F test, found that job satisfaction and work motivation simultaneously influence to job productivity seen from F (3,165). Then partially, job satisfaction has t count count (1,777)> t (400,941) > F (1,673). That means that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect to job productivity. Work motivation has t count (12,694) > t tabel tabel (1,673). It means that work motivation has significant positive effect to job productivity. Beside that, the result of R equal to 0,936 that means job satisfaction and work motivation explained job productivity equal to 93,6% and 6,4% explained with another variable that not include to this research.
