Abstract

VITHO AULIA. The Correlation Between Brand Image And Brand Awareness With Purchase Decision Of Xiaomi Smartphone On Xiaomi Active Users On Facebook Fanspage. Thesis, Jakarta. Study Program of Commerce Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, June 2016. This research was conducted in FansPage Facebook Xiaomi for six months from January to June 2016. The research method used survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study is the Xiaomi Smartphone users who are members in facebook fanspage. The sampling technique is using purposive sampling technique with 131 people as the respondent. The resulting regression equationis Ŷ = = 20,527+ 0,430X1 + 0,539X2. From test significance regression produces Fcount>Ftable, which is 59,27 > 3,07, meaning that the regression equationis significant. Then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using the t test and the resulting tcountX1-Y=4,350 and tcount = 1,66 X2Y=7,514 and ttable=1,66. Correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy=0,693, It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy=0,693 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained for 41,8% which shows that 41,8% of the variation of purchase decision determined by brand image and brand awareness.
