Abstract
ABSTRACT NIA AGUSTIN DAMAYANTI. 8105128058. The effect of work motivation, job stress on job satisfaction employee at official SAMSAT cikarang . Script, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Consentration of Office Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2016. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect between work motivation, job stress on job satisfaction employee at official SAMSAT cikarang. This research was carried out for four months since February 2016 until May 2016. The method of this research is survey method with causality approach. The population in this research were all the employee at official SAMSAT cikarang. The affordable population were all the employee at official SAMSAT cikarang with total 114 employee. Sampling techniques used was proportional random sampling, so the sample in this research is amounted 84 respondents. Data job satisfaction (Y) work motivation (X1) and job stress (X2) obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis technique used were the test requirement analysis consists of a normality test and lineariti test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test which consists of t-test and f-test. Based on the results of data analysis can be known that there are partially effect between work motivation w ith job satisfaction. It can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows t count 5,979 > t 1,663. Job stress partially effects on job satisfaction, it’s seen from the results of the data analysis that shows ttable count -5.587> t-1,663. Learning readiness and learning motivation simultaneously effect on learning outcomes, it’s seen by data analysis that show f count 47.965 > f 3,11. The obtained regretion equation is Ý = 98.344+ 0,293 X1- 0,377 X2. Based on determination of the coefficient test R 2 table is 0,542that’s means work motivation (X1) and job stress (X2) effects on job satisfaction (Y) amount 54,2% . The suggestions that can be submitted is the leader can conduct surveilance on a regulat basic and increase motivation and reduce stress for employees that work by balancing the proportion of working so not their workloaf high and expection of employees.
