Abstract

MEGA RUSMARDIANA, The Impact of Destination Image, Subjective Norms and Attitudes Against Visiting the Old City of Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta, Study Program of Commerce Education, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. This study was conducted with the aim to know whether there is a positive and significant influence between destination image variables on the intention to revisit the old city of Jakarta, a positive and significant influence between the subjective norm variable on the intention to revisit the old city of Jakarta, a positive and significant influence between variables Attitude towards the intention of revisiting old city Jakarta to tourists who have been to old city of Jakarta before for eight months since November 2016 until July 2017. The method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is the convenience technique with the number of respondents as many as 240 tourists. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 30,161 + 0,668X1 for destination image variable, Ŷ = 35,389 + 0,625X2 for subjective norm variable, Ŷ = 31,873 + 0,668X3 for attitude variable. Test requirement analysis that is normality test by using Kolmogorov Smirnov test with test result can be known Asymp value. Sig the image of the destination against the intention of revisit (X1) of 0.490, the value of Asymp. Sig norm subjectively to the intention of revisiting of 0.668 and the value of Asymp. Sig. Attitude towards re-visit intention of 0.298. Because the data has a significance greater than 0.05 then the data is inferred normal distribution. The classical assumption test using multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test showed that there was no problem of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity, so it can be said that a good and ideal regression equation can be fulfilled. The t test is then generated tcount 12,779> ttable 1,96 for destination image (X1), 14,669> ttable 1,96 for subjective norm (X2), and 15,985> ttabel 1,96 for attitude (X3). Thus, it can be concluded that the result of t test is positive and significant. Coefficient of determination obtained for 40.7% for the image of the destination, 47.6% for the subjective norm and 51.8% for attitude variables, it shows the variable intention to revisit the old city of Jakarta is determined by the image of the destination, subjective norms and attitudes of value The percentage coefficient of determination mentioned. Therefore it can be concluded that the variables affecting the intention of revisiting the old city of Jakarta are the image of the destination, subjective norms and attitudes.
