Abstract

MUHAMMAD ISYAA FIRWADI, The Relationship Between Learning Discipline and Family Environment with Learning Achievement at the Grade XI Students in SMK Negeri 25 Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta, Study Program of Commerce Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This study was conducted on the students of class XI in SMK Negeri 25 Jakarta, for three months starting from March 2017 until June 2017. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between learning discipline with learning achievement and the relationship between the family environment with learning achievement in students class XI At SMK Negeri 25 Jakarta. The research method used is the method used is a survey method with correlational approach. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique of 119 people. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 43,904 + 0,513 X1 and Ŷ = 43,144 + 0,526 X2. Test requirements analysis of the normality test using Kolmogorov Smirnov test with the test results can be known significance of learning achievement (Y) of 0,991 and Asymp. Sig of 0,280, significance of learning discipline (X1) of 0,843 and Asymp. Sig of 0,477 and the significance of the family environment (X2) of 0,904 and Asymp. Sig of 0,388. Because the data has a significance greater than 0,05 then the data is inferred normal distribution. Product Moment correlation coefficient from Pearson yields rxy = 0,708 and significance value 0.000 for X1 and rxy = 0,623 and significance value 0,000 for X2 Because it has significance less than 0,05 it can be concluded that there is positive and significant correlation, then test t and generated thitung 10,851> ttable 1,981 for X1 and 8,609> ttable 1,981 for X2. Thus, it can be concluded that the result of t test is positive and significant. Coefficient of determination obtained by 50,2% which shows 50,2% variable of learning achievement determined by learning discipline and 38,8% which show that 38,8% variable of learning achievement determined by family environment.
