Abstract

AGUNG SUGENG PRAMONO. Correlation Between Price Perception with Customer Satisfaction of Indosat IM3 at District 010 Cengkareng Barat, Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat. Script. Jakarta: Study Program of Commerce Education, Economic And Administration Department, Economic Faculty, State University of Jakarta. 2013. The aim of this research is to find the possibility a positive correlation between Price Perception with Customer Satisfaction of Indosat IM3 at District 010 Cengkareng Barat, Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat. Jakarta. The period of this research was four months since March 2013 until June 2013. This research used survey methods by correlation approach. The population of this research were all society district 10 Cengkareng Barat, Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat. While the society population at affordable were neighborhood 06 as many as 49 people in accordance with the characteristics of the population. From those population at affordable is taken 44 people for sample. Equation of the simple linear regression give the formula of regression Ŷ = 37,67 + 0,20X. Test analysis conditional test proved the validation on variabel Y to variable is normal distributed. It is proved by the calculation that used Liliefors test at significant level (α) = 0,05 that indicates Lcount (0.0610) <Ltable (0.13357). The correlation coefficient is counted by Product Moment formula by Pearson indicates rxy 0.658. While the results of correlation coefficient significant test indicates tcount = 6,096 and ttable = 1,68. Because the result shows tcount > ttable, the research indicates there is a significant correlation between Price Perception with Customer Satisfaction of Indosat IM3 at District 010 Cengkareng Barat, Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat, Jakarta. The count of determination coefficient test indicates 46,95% the variance of variable Y is determined by variable X. The conclusion of research shown that a positive correlation Price Perception with Customer Satisfaction of Indosat IM3 at District 010 Cengkareng Barat, Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat, Jakarta. It means better customer perception of the price offered, the higher the customer satisfaction.
