Abstract
TENIKA SEFTIANI. The Correlation between Social Interaction Peer Group With Learning Achievement At Student Of SMK N 13 In Jakarta. Study Program of Commerce Education Faculty of Economic State University of Jakarta, July 2012. The aim of this research is to obtain empirical data, valid and reliable fact concerning wheter or not there is correlation between Social Interaction Peer Group With Learning Achievement At Student Of SMK N 13 Jakarta. The observation was held in SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta for 4 months from March 2012 to June 2012. The method that had been used was the method of survey close to the correlation. The proportional technique had been used to take the samples. The observation deal with the students of SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta thta have 1049 students and the population that could be reached were Student of XI grade of Marketing Class amount 72 students. The sample that could be taken came from 62 students by using sample of population table Isaac & Michael with sampling error 5%. To get data from variable, researcher using likert scale model for Social Interaction Peer Group (X variable). For variable X from 45 statements which had validated, 36 statements were valid and 9 statements were drop. The calculation reliability of both variables were using Alpha Cronbach method and variable X reliability is 0.920. This proof that the instruments were valid and reliable. Analysis of condition test, which is normality error test for regression approximates of X on Y with liliefors test, results in Lcount = 0.0865, and Ltable for n=62 with significance of 0.05 is 0.11252, because Lcount < Ltable then normality error test is normal distribution. The equation for linear regression is Ŷ=16.91+0.581X. Significance regression result in Fcount > Ftable is 46.74 > 4.00, its mean that the regression equation is significant. And linearity regression test yield, in Fcount < Ftable is 0.41 < 1.85 that can be interpreted that the regression equation is linear. Result of hypothesis test with Pearson’s Product Moment shows that rxy = 0.662, then significance of product moment correlation is tested with ttest which yields tcount= 6.84 and ttable = 1.67. It can be result that product moment correlation rxy = 0.662 is significsnt. Coefficient of determined obtained equal to 43.82%, its mean that 43.82% variations of Learning Achievement by Social Interaction Peer Group.
