Abstract

ZULFIKAR RIZKI, Correlation Between Career Development and Jobs Performance on employee at PT. Kreasi Prima Nusantara , Thesis. Jakarta: Commerce Education Study Program, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, June 2011. The aim of this research is to determine the correlation between career development with jobs performance by using empirical data and facts are valid, valid and reliable. This research conducted at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, during the four months from March to June 2012. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach.The population in this employee at PT. Kreasi Prima Nusantara Jakarta as 56 people and a population of inaccessibility is eployee in a midle manager level amount to 46 people. The sample used as many as 40 people. The sampling technique in this study is simple random technique. The equation for linear regression is Ŷ = 18,62 + 0,46X. Test requirements analysis to test the normality of the error of estimated regression of Y on X shows that the error estimate of Y on X regression showed that the estimated error of regression of Y on X is normally distributed. With Fcount 0,1078 and Ftable 0,1409. In linieritie of regretion is tested which yield Fcount 1,5, it can be result that the regretion in linier. Hipotesin test of correlation significant the result is Fcount is 5,99, it can be result that the correlatin is significant. The correlation coefficient is calculated using the formula of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = 0.370, then significance of product moment correlation is tested with t test which yield tcount = 2.455 and ttabel = 1.681 at significance level of 0,05, it can be result that product moment correlation rxy =0,370 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained for 13.7%, which indicates that 13.7% Against Jobs Performance is determined by Career Development. The results of this study indicate there is a positive correlation between CareerDevelopment with Jobs Performance In the employee of PT. Kreasi Prima Nusantara in Jakarta.
