## Abstract

ABSTRACT OKI YOHANDA. The Different Burnout of Married and Unmarried Nurse At Salak Hospital TK.IV, Bogor. Skripsi. Jakarta: Concentration in Office Administration Education. Study Program of Economics Education. Department of Economics and Administration. State University of Jakarta. 2013 This research held at the Salak Hospital TK.IV, Bogor on January until March 2013. The purpose of this research is to get a right knowledge (aunthentic, exact, valid) and trustable (reliable, and based on reality) about the different burnout of married and unmarried nurse. The method that used in this research is nonexperimentally method with comparative approach. The population in this the 80 woman nurse of the Salak Hospital TK.IV, Bogor. From all of this, 45 nurse were married and the rest 35 nurse were unmarried. The sample that took from population of the woman nurse of of the Salak Hospital TK.IV, Bogor are 65 nurse, that 37 woman nurse were married and 28 woman nurse were unmarried. In normality experiment with lilliefors formula for variable X max = 0,0918, L table for n=37 with significant value 0,05 is 0,1457. L1 table gets L > L (0,0918 > 0,1457). So, can be concluded that data is distributed normally. Beside, for the variable X2 gets Lo max = 0,1231, L for n=28 with significant value 0,05 is 0,161. Ltable > L0 table (0,1231 > 0,161). So, can be concluded that data is distributed normally. Next, based on the value of homogency experiment with F experiment, gets Fcount = 1,38 dan F table (0,05; 36/27) = 1,81, so 1,81 > 1,38 (Ftable > F ). From all of this, can be concluded that both of sample from burnout variable had homogent data. For the hypothesis, based on the value of independent-t-test using pooled varian, gets t then t 0,975 count 0 o count = 2,14, and with dk= 63 and significant value (a) 0,05 = 2,00, so 2,00 < 2,14 (t table < t ). From all of this, can be concluded that there is a different burnout between married woman nurse and unmarried woman nurse. Based on this research can be concluded that there is a different burnout between married woman nurse and unmarried woman nurse.
