Abstract
ABSTRACT SHIRLY MUBAROK. Relaationship Between Intelligence Quotient With Academic Achievement at SMA N 22 Jakarta. Script, Jakarta: Office Administration Concentrations of Education, Economics Education Studies program, Department of Economics and Administrations, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2013. The purpose of this research is to know more about correlation between intelligence quotient and academic achievement at SMA N 22 Jakarta. This research has been done during two month from december 2012 until january 2013. The research method is using survey method with correlation approach. The population of this research all of student SMA N 22 Jakarta while the reach of populations are student in first class society with with total 192 student, according to level 5% on Krejae table was taken 124 student as research sample which use simple random sampling technique. Form the X variable data (Intelligence Qoutient) and Y variable data (Academic Achievement) are sekunder data. The analyses test was found regression equation, that is data Y = 71,86 + 0,074 X. And then normality data test using liliefors formula and the result is Lcount = 0,040 insignifikan level 0,05 and Ltable = 0,079 so Lcount < Ltable It means that the mistake prediction regression Y to X has normal distribution. The result or regression signficance tes is F count (46,28) >Ftable (3,91) show that regression is significance. Regression lineatest rity so F count (0,88) < Ftable (1,60) showed that regression is linear. After that, the Product Moment result of correlation coeffiencient test with t-test r xy = 0,524. I used correlation coefficient test with t-test. The result of tcount = 6,80 and ttable on dk n-2 = 122 and then significance level 0,05 is 1,66. It means that the research is significance and positive relations between Intelligence Qoutient and Academic Achievement. Next, the result of determination coefficient test is KD = (27,50). It means that varition of Academic Achievement variabel determination by 27,50% variation of Intelligence Qoutient. The conclusion, there is positive relation between intelligence quotiont and academic acchievement on SMA N 22 Jakarta.
