Abstract

ABSTRACT Kurniati. Correlation Between Ambiguitas peran With Job Involvement of PT.Tosama Abadi employees at Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Concentration of Office Administration Education, Study Program of Economics Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. 2012. The purpose of this research is to know more the correlation between ambiguitas peran with job involvement of employee’s. This research healed at PT. Tosama Abadi for three months since September until November 2011. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach. The population research was all of employees of PT. Tosama Abadi Jakarta. The sampling technique used was proportional random technique (proportional random sampling) as many as 68 samples. The instrument used to obtain the data variable X (Ambiguitas peran) and the variable Y (Job Involvement) measured using a Likert scale. Techniques of data analysis starts by looking for similarities simple regression and obtained the regression equation Y = 94.56-0.459 X, while the test requirements analysis is the normality test error of estimated Y over X obtained by test liliefors at the 0.05 level then the variables X (Ambiguitas peran) and Y (Job Involvement) are normally distributed. Significance and linearity regression test using Analysis of Variance table (ANAVA) F hitung obtained regression equation > F which means that the regression equation Significant regression and linearity test result F tabel < F thus concluded that the linear regression equation. Hypothesis testing is done by the coefficient of correlation relations Product Moment formula that produces rxy = - 0.413 continued by using correlation coefficient significance test with t-test, produce t tabel hitung < t . Based on the research results the researcher can conclude that there is a relationship between ambiguitas peran with the job involvement of employees in PT. Tosama Abadi. By testing the coefficient of determination which produces KD 17.09 of the variance job involvement influenced by ambiguitas peran. The conclusion of this study is that there is a negative and significant relationship between Ambiguitas peran with Job Involvement on Employee’s PT. Tosama Abadi Jakarta
