Abstract

ABSTRACT ANGGI DWI WICAKSONO. The Influence of Learning Facility and Management Classroom to Learning Outcomes on Student Class X Office Administration At Subject Office Automaticly In SMK Tirta Sari Surya East Jakarta. Scientific Paper, Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, June 2017. This research was carried out for four months since February 2017 until May 2017. The method of this research is survey method with causality approach. The population in this research were all the students at SMK Tirta Sari Surya East Jakarta. The affordable population were all the 10th grade students of the office administration with total 137 students. Sampling techniques used was proportional random sampling, so the sample in this research is amounted 100 respondents. Data collecting technique, were used logging documents, interviews and questionnaires. To get the data results of the study, done by averaged the shadow raport of office automatily subject in 2nd semester, while learning facility and management classroom obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis technique used were the test requirement analysis consists of a normality test and lineariti test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test which consists of t-test and f-test. Based on the results of data analysis can be known that there are partially effect between the learning facility with learning outcomes. It can be seen from the results of data analysis which shows tcount 6,266 > ttable 1,66. Management Classroom partially effects on learning outcomes, it’s seen from the results of the data analysis that shows tcount 5,178> ttable 1,66. Learning Facility and management classroom simultaneously effect on learning outcomes, it’s seen by data analysis that shows fcount 45,290 > ftable 3,09. The obtained regretion equation is Y^= 26,743 + 0,177X1 + ,320X2 . Based on determination of the coefficient test R2 is 0,483 that’s means learning facility and management classroom effects on learning outcomes amount 48,3%. Based on accounting, higher indicator from learning facility is tool with 51,81%, following infrastucture with 48,19%, and then higher indicator from management classroom is build with 34,59% and lower indicator is maintain with 31,98%. The conclusion from this research is learning facilitiy and management classroom have influence on learning outcomes in simultaneous and partial. Suggestion from this research is the school must to update their furniture for learning activity in the class especially table and chair so following the era development. From management classroom, teacher must to be care about neatness from their student during learning activity in the class. Keyword: Learning outcomes, learning facility, management classroom
