Abstract

ABSTRACT PANGESTU HENING JALASWARI, Effect of Social Interaction and the effectiveness of Learning Media On the Learning Achivement of XI Social on Economic Subjects In SMA Negeri 6 Depok. Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. 2017. This study aims to determine the influence of social interaction, and the effectiveness of learning media on student achievement on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 6 Depok, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a method of ex post de facto with the causal approach that uses primary data (variable exogenous and endogenous variables). Affordable population in this study is xi ips grade students who meet the criteria numbered 80 students. Data analysis technique used is the test requirements analysis, classic assumption test, regression and hypothesis testing consisting of t test and F. Based on the results of data analysis known that there is a partial effect of social interaction with student achievement. The results of data analysis showed that tcount> ttabel or 4.788> 1.664 with 0.000 significance of the numbers so that social interaction has a positive and significant impact on student achievement. This study also shows that there is a partial influence the effectiveness of media with student achievement. The results of data analysis showed that tcount> ttabel or 4.557> 1.664 with 0.000 significance of the numbers so that the effectiveness of learning media has a positive and significant impact on student achievement. Simultaneously, there is influence between social interaction and effectiveness of learning media on student achievement. The result showed that the value of F count> F table (12.545> 3.13) with significant value 0,000 so that social interaction and effectiveness of learning media has a significant impact on student achievement. Relationships owned classified as moderate with a coefficient of 0, 246 and the influence of social interaction and effectiveness of learning media on student achievement on economic subjects in the country sma 6 Depok by 24.6%.
