Abstract
Ayuwinarti Purba. The Influence of Team Assisted Individualization on the motivation to learn the subjects of financial accounting class xi accounting SMK Pusaka 1 Jakarta. Faculty of economics, state university Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to obtain knowledge based on data and facts that are valid, reliable, and accountable about whether there is influence Team Assisted Individualization of student motivation. This study used classroom action research with control and experimental classes. Control class using discovery learning model and experiment class using Team Assisted Individualization model. This research is done in SMK Pusaka 1, street of Pahlawan Revolusi Number 89, Pondok Bambu, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. The object of research is to increase students’ motivation to learn especially on the subject of fixed asset in the subject of financial accouting. Research methods used to collect data is a questionnaire, sheet of observation. The method used in analyzing the data is a qualitative method. The result showed that the use of Team Assisted Indvidualization model can improve students’ learning motivation of experimental class. Based on observation of extrinsic motivation of experimental class 50,59%, higher than compare with extrinsic motivation of control class 49,26%. Based on calculation of the average of 35 students per class, in the experimental class as many as 20 students have above average motivation, while in the control class students who have motivation above average as many as 16 students.
