Fita Rosa Zahara. 2012. 8143128172. Analysis Educational Background Of proffesion At the Social Ministry Republic of Indonesia. Secretary Studies Program DIII. Department of Economics and Administration. Faculty Of Economics. State University Of Jakarta. Scientific Writing is the result of research conducted at the Social Ministry Republic of Indonesia. Scientific Paper aims to find out about the educational background and the mismatch of the field work in the Social Ministry Republic of Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method of data collection through literature study and observation. From the results of the writing can be seen that there are many employees who have the educational background is not in accordance with the profession. The conclusion of this paper can be seen that the placement of employees according to educational background is very important and very helpful in the completion of a job well done.
