Abstract

FITRI PUSVITA SARI, Influence of Learning Model of Tournament Team (TGT) and Motivation to Student Learning Achievement in Accounting Subject of Service Company of Class X 1 Vocational High School Tangerang City. Thesis, Economic Education Study Program of Accounting Concentration, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2017. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of learning models Team Games Tournament (TGT) and the motivation of learning achievement on the subject of accounting services company with. This research was conducted at 1 Vocational High School 1 Kota Tangerang. The research method is experiment with student population of class X XKK Negeri 1 Tangerang City and by using Cluster Random Sampling technique which then obtained sample of class X AK 2 and X AK 3. Data analysis technique used is analysis of two-lane anava statistic data (two Cara anova). The result of research use the learning model of Team Games Tournament (TGT) and motivation to the achievement of study in accounting class service company class X 1 Vocational High School Tangerang City is: From the research result, known significant level 5% (1) There is difference between experiment Class group with The control group that interpret the influence of learning model Team Tournament (TGT) to the learning achievement with significant value of 0.002 ≤ 0.005 with the value of F arithmetic of 10,529 greater than F table of 4.00; (2) there is no difference of high and low motivation group on learning achievement significantly 0,676 ≥ 0,005; (3) there is interaction between group on learning model and motivation to student achievement with significant value 0,046 which is bigger than significant value is determined and F value count bigger than F table that is 4,154 ≥ 4,00. The group that scored average was a high-motivated experimental class and the average was a highly motivated learning model.
