Abstract

PITRIANI. The Influence Of Perception Of Student Concerning Compensation And Training Of Professional To Election Of Career On Student Education Of Accountancy Faculty Of Economics State University Of Jakarta 2014. Thesis. Jakarta. Study Program of Economics Education, Consentration in Accounting Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta 2017. This research aim to to know influence among perception of compensation and perception of training of professional to election of career On Student Education Of Accountancy Faculty Of Economics State University Of Jakarta 2014 pursuant to valid fact and data and also can be trusted. This Research conducted in State University Of Jakarta. The Method the used method of survey. Population reached in this research on student Education of Accountancy generation 2014 counted 88 student. Technique intake of sampel use sampling random proportional so that got sampel counted 72 student. To net data from third variable used research instrument in form of scale of likert for the perception of compensation ( Variable of X1),Persepsi training of professional ( X2) and election of career ( Variable Y). Equation of regresi in this research is Y'= 38,383 + 0,178X1 + 0,288X2. At linear test of regresi got Fcount ( 12,089) < F table ( 3,130) able to be concluded that model of regresi in form of is linear. While test mean perception of compensation and election of career got t count ( 2,437 > t table (1,995 t) designating variable have influence which are positive. Test to mean perception of training of professional and election of career got t count ( 3,971 > t table (1,995) designating variable have influence which are positive. Result of correlation coefficient test obtained value 0,300. Matter this means there are weak relation among perception of compensation with election of career. Result of correlation coefficient test obtained value 0,442. Matter this means there are relation which is strong enough among perception of training of professional with election of career. From result of calculation obtained coefficient of determinasi 25,9 % so that can be said that variable election of career determined by variable perception of compensation and training of professional equal to 25,9 %
