Abstract

IMAS NUGRAHA, The Relationship Between Self Efficacy with Creativity Students of Class X in SMK Bina Insan Mandiri Jakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Economic Education Studies Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2016. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between self-efficacy and creativity students of class X in SMK Bina Insan Mandiri Jakarta. This research was conducted at SMK Bina Insan Mandiri Jakarta for two months, starting from April to May 2016. The hypotheses are: "There is a relationship between self-efficacy with the creativity of the students". The method used is survey method with the quantitative approach. Affordable population in this study were students of class X of Business and Management group who follow extracurricular activities at SMK Bina Insan Mandiri Jakarta as many as 184 students. The sampling technique is random sampling techniques proportionately as much as 123 samples. The regression equation in this study is Ŷ = 33.74 + 0.69 X Test requirements analysis performed prior to testing the hypothesis, that the normality test error estimated regression of Y on X and regression linearity test. Testing is done by using test normality Liliefors and obtained L count < L table (0.0591 < 0.0798), this suggests that the samples come from populations with normal distribution. Regression linearity test performed using ANOVA Table (Analisist of Variance) comparing the results obtained F count and Ftable and F count < F table (1.24 < 1.58) means that Ho is accepted and can be inferred that the regression equation is formed linear. Hypothesis testing is done by using a significance test of regression, correlation coefficient, correlation coefficient significance test, and test the coefficient of determination. Regression significance test performed using ANOVA Table (Analisist of Variance) and obtained F count > F table (26.73> 3,919) means Ho rejected and the regression equation obtained is meaningless. The test results by using a correlation coefficient of Pearson product moment r xy values obtained by 0.42538. This means there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and creativity students of class X in SMK Bina Insan Mandiri Jakarta and included in the category of the relationship is. Significance test of correlation coefficient using t-test obtained t count > t table (5.17 > 1.98), Ho refused and showed a significant relationship between self-efficacy variable X is the variable Y is the creativity of the students. The result of determination coefficient obtained 18.09%, so it can be said that the variable Y is determined by the creativity of the student self-efficacy variable X 18.09%.
