Abstract
Nurul Ismi. Influence of Learning Motivation And Academic Achievement On Interest To Continue Study In College Students of Senior Vocational High School 8 South Jakarta Accounting Skills Competency. Faculty of Economics. 2016. This study aims to determine the effect of Learning Motivation And Academic Achievment on Interests To Continue Study In College Students of Senior Vocational High School 8 South Jakarta Accounting Skills Competency in the academic year 2015/2016. This study used survey method with correlation approach. Collecting data using questionnaire technique and approach document. Affordable population of research is all class XII student of Accounting Programe of SMK Negeri 8 Jakarta as many as 102 students, while the number of samples of 78 students selected at random. Testing requirements analysis includes tests of normality and linearity. Classic assumption test using multikolinieritas test and heterokedastisitas test. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and analysis of multiple correlation coefficient. The results of this study were (1) Learning Motivation positively and significantly effect on the interest Continuing Education to the College as indicated by the t account greater than t table is 4.969> 1.992, the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.498, which means the relationship between variables is middle , determination coefficient was 0.248, which means 24.8% of these variables affect Interests continuing education to college, (2) Academic Achievement does not affect the interest of continuing education to college as indicated by the t value is smaller than t table is 0.466 < 1,992, the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.054, which means the relationship between variables is quite low, the coefficient of determination of 0.03 which means that 3% of these variables affect Interests Continuing Education to the College, (3) Learning Motivation and Academic Achievement togather positively and significantly effect on the interest to the College of Continuing Education indicated by F count larger than F table of 12, 811> 3.12, the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.505, which means the relationship between variables is strong, determination coefficient 0.235 which means that 23.5% of these two variables jointly affect Interests Continuing Education to College
