Abstract

RIDHO SETIA PUTRA. The Influence of Emotional Quotient and Learning Interest of Learning Outcomes of Students on Introduction to Accounting 1 Class X SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta Academic Year 2015/2016. Faculty of Economy State University of Jakarta. 2016. This research purpose is to find out the influence of emotional quotient and learning interest of learning outcomes of students on Introduction to Accounting 1 class X SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta Academic Year 2015/2016. This type of research is survey, with quantitative approach. Total population in this study were 143 students with a sample of 100 students of X accounting class and students of X Office Administration in SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, and the hypothesis test consist of t-test and F-test. Based on the analysis of the data found that there was a partial effect between emotional quotient toward learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed t count 2,367 greater than t 1,985. Meanwhile, the partial use of interest learning are affected by learning outcomes, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed t count table 5,247 greater than t 1,985. Simultaneously there is influence of emotional quotient and learning interest of learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed F value of 32,933 is greater than the value of 3.09 F There was a positive influence of emotional quotient and learning interest to learning outcomes with multiple correlation coefficient 0,636 thus, the research hypothesis is accepted and determination coefisien for (R) 2 table. was 40,4%. From the above results, we can conclude this research there is influence between emotional quotient and learning interest of learning outcomes on introduction to accounting 1.
