Abstract

Annee Laurent. This research aimed to know the impact of compensation and work environment on employee job statisfaction CV. Samanda Transportation . This research describes causative and explain how compensation and work environment influence employee job statisfaction CV. Samanda Transportation. The population in this research are all of the employee in CV. Samanda Transportation, while the sample in this study was 133 ( one hundred thirty three) of respondents were work in CV. Samanda Transportation. sensus technique are: the total sample . Tests performed with the instrument validity and reliability, data analysis techniques using classical assumption test, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing at a = 0.05. The results suggest that: (1) compensation influence employee job statisfaction on CV. Samanda Transportation with sig, 0.370 (2) work environement influence job statisfaction on PT. Karya Mitra Muda with sig. 0.315. Keywords : Compensation, Work Environment and Job Statisfaction
