Abstract
Annisa Pramitha Warsito, 2017; The Effects of Leverage, Liquidities, Price Earning Ratio, and Earning Per Share to Stock Return in the Company Property and Real Estates that Listed Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2014. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration Financial Management, S1 Management Studies Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leverage, liquidity, price earning ratio, and earnings per share on the company's properties and real estates listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2014. The data used in this study a financial statement data 20 property companies and real estates with the largest total assets in Indonesia in 2014. The regression model using panel data approach with Random Effects Model. The results showed that the variable DER positive effect but not significant to Stock Return, while the variable CR negative effect but not significant to Return stock, variable PER significant positive effect on Stock Return, and variable EPS significant negative effect on Return Shares in property companies and real estates in Indonesia.
