Abstract
BAGUS PRASETYOKO. Pengaruh Atmosfer, Nilai yang Dirasakan dan Experiential Marketing Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Survei Pada Pelanggan Restoran Southbox). Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta 2017. The purpose of this study was to: (1) to test empirically the influence of atmosphere toward customer satisfaction on contumer restaurant Southbox, (2) to test empirically the influence of perceived value toward customer satisfaction on costumer restaurant Southbox, (3) to test empirically the influence of experiential marketing toward customer satisfaction on customer restaurant Southbox. Methods of data collection using the survey method with instrument in the form of questionnaires. The object of this research was 200 respondents who have ever eat at least three times a period of four months from the time of the study. The data analysis tools using SPSS version 21 for processing and analyzing research data. The result of decriptive test shows that atmosphere, perceived value and experiential marketing of Southbox still less so that customer satisfaction also less. The hypothesis test shows: 1) there is the influence between atmosphere toward customer satisfaction, 2) there is the influence between perceived value toward customer satisfaction, 3) there is the influence between experiential marketing toward customer satisfaction.
