Abstract

ADELINA ANNISA YUSYAK. The Influence of Learning Motivation and Media of Learning to Learning Outcome of Students on The Subjects of Accounting for Merchandising Enterprises, XI Accounting Class in SMKN 45 Jakarta. Faculty of Economy State University of Jakarta. 2015. This research purpose is to find out the influence of learning motivation and media of learning to learning outcome of students on the subjects of computer of accounting, XI accounting class in SMKN 45 Jakarta. According Slameto, success in learning is influenced by several factors that including the motivation and media of learning. This type of research is survey, with correlational approach. Interview and questionnaire are research technique. Total population in this study were 70 students with a sample of 58 students of XI accounting class in SMKN 45 Jakarta. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test consist of t-test and F-test. 1) Based on the analysis of the data found that there was a partial effect between learning motivation and learning outcome, with the results of data analysis showed tcount greater than ttable (2,717 > 2,004). 2) Meanwhile, the partial use of media of learning are affected by learning outcome, with the results of data analysis showed tcount greater than ttable (4,012 > 2,004). 3) Simultaneously there is influence of learning motivation and media of learning to learning outcome, with the results of data analysis showed Fcount greater than Ftable (20,657 > 3.15). There was a significant positive influence of learning motivation and media of learning to learning of students on the subjects of accounting for merchandising enterprises with R for 0,655 and determination coefisien for (R)2 was 42,9. In this study researchers suggest: a) Motivation of intrinsic greater influence than motivation of extrinsic to learn. Therefore the motivation of extrinsic must be further improved again, one way is to create a place and atmosphere of a comfortable, enjoyable learning, giving praise and gift. b) Media of learning will have a bigger benefit when students and teachers are accustomed to use it in learning. Utilization of the learning media rarely utilized was able to reduce the amount of time teaching and learning and to improve the quality of learning, therefore the teacher should be able to make the process of learning to be noticeably faster and shorter with the media of learning.
